Real Estate Agent
Cheressa DiNatale has been working in the housing industry since 1994. She currently works for Hamilton township and as an independent notary public agent, real estate closer, and real estate agent. Cheressa is well-known to her colleagues for her work as a real estate appraiser, paralegal, and a nonprofit foreclosure mediation housing counselor. She has also worked for various mortgage companies as Community Reinvestment Act Loan Officer, Mortgage Closer/Funder, Sr. Processor, and Jr. Underwriter.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Cheressa has personal knowledge of the counties she serves as a real estate agent. She has had the pleasure of calling Westwood, NJ, and Bergen County home, and has been living in Mercer County since 2001.
Always furthering her education, she received her paralegal certification at Fairleigh Dickinson University and is currently going back to pursue her business degree. She also holds licenses and certifications as a notary public and appraiser, and in title insurance and real estate.
Cheressa is a proud single mother to two boys – an 18-year-old who is a member of The Army National Guard while attending college, and a 13-year-old who attends Saint Gregory the Great Academy.
